This is a quick message to our customers who have already ordered this year, to answer our main FAQ!

WHERE IS MY ORDER?!?!?!?

Up until the 31st October we were operating at a 6 week dispatch, so we ask for your patience whilst we get these out to you. 

​

Unfortunately, I lost my Dad very suddenly on our closing night, meaning, whilst we were originally well within our 4-6 week turnaround, but we had to take time to grieve as a family pushing this back slightly. We are a very small family business, and therefore this kind of thing does affect us and how we operate.

HOWEVER

We have bought additional machines and are working alternate shifts to get as many orders out as humanly possible, and as soon as possible whilst maintaining the same standards. But this does mean we do not have enough hours in the day to regularly check the hundreds of messages and emails we receive daily. 

​

Whilst we are running about a week behind at present, we are SO close to catching up, and aim to be well within our timescale once more by the first week in Decemeber!

For those who ordered after this date, we are still honouring our Christmas guarantee, so you will receive these by Christmas so please do not panic!
